QUALIFICATIONS

______ Stewards must be in the eleventh or twelfth grades during service, ie., must be at least a

sophomore now

______ Counselors must be four years older than the oldest camper, i.e., Chi-Rho Counselors must be

high school graduates.

______ Must complete & clear background check

______ Must be available for training

______ Must have a heart for kids, a personality for youth ministry and a willingness to lead through

service

SELECTION

Stewards and Counselors are selected to serve at the discretion of Camps and

Conference Directors based on the spiritual goals for the Camps and Conference.

Please know the GRR is blessed with many experienced counselors and stewards;

at times, we have even had a “waiting list” for counselors and stewards.
